Brett was born in Reading and grew up in Laureldale. He holds his Doctoral degree from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Chicago, as well as a Master’s Degree in Religious Education from Trinity and a B.S. from Lancaster Bible College. Brett has been serving in the ministry for decades and returned to the Chapel (where he met Jesus as a teenager) about twenty years ago, serving as its pastor since that time. Brett and His wife, Terri, have 2 grown children (BJ and Melissa) and two little boys, Cash and Eric.

Mary was born in Maryland. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Children’s & Family Ministry, Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Biblical Studies, Master of Arts in Ministry (MAM) in Formational Children’s & Family Ministry. Mary has four grown children. She accepted Jesus as her savior as a child. It wasn’t until later in life she understood what it meant to follow Jesus and has been intentionally continuing to spend time building her intimate relationship with the LORD. Mary has been serving in the Children’s Ministry for over a decade. Her passion is sharing the unconditional love of Jesus with children (birth – 5th grade) and their families; journeying through life with them as they become followers of Christ.

Mindy is from Lincoln, Nebraska, and lives in Bowmansville with her husband, Paul. She grew up the daughter of a pastor attending church every Sunday and loved being involved with the music ministries in her church and school.  She raised her two kids (now adults themselves) to be with the Lord in worship and fellowship and set the example by being involved in church music ministry, but she never dreamed that God would call her to become a worship leader – until that dream and opportunity became part of her life eleven years ago. She truly considers it an honor and privilege to lead “the church” into the presence of the Lord every Sunday and wherever she is given the opportunity.

Devin and Sammi are the Youth Ministry Leaders at West Wyomissing Chapel.  They have been involved in the ministry starting as students, following as volunteers, and now as church staff.  They are honored to be in this role, as the youth ministry played such a big role in their middle and high school life in regard to growing their faith and character throughout some of the most difficult years of distraction and temptation.  They are passionate on building a safe and fun environment for 6th -12th grade students to come and be their true self and build lifelong relationships while getting to know more about God and His grace. Outside of youth ministry, you can find Devin working in construction landscaping and drumming in our contemporary service and Sammi taking care of their sons, Ezra and Briggston, as a stay-at-home mom or working her side small business social media gigs.

Terri Reider, Church Secretary and the wife of Pastor Brett.  She has served as a church secretary for more than 30 years at WWC and at another church prior to coming to West Wyomissing Chapel.  As the secretary, she helps behind the scenes with all the ministries in the Chapel.  When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.  She also enjoys crafting in her spare time.
